Hele On Helles (Munich Helles) ABV: 5.0%

Moderately malty start with the suggestion of sweetness, grainy-sweet malt flavor with a soft, rounded palate supported by a low hop bitterness. a malt-accentuated beer that is not overly sweet, but rather focuses on malt flavor with underlying hop bitterness in a supporting role.

Local Boy Lager (Vienna Lager) ABV: 5.5%

Light reddish amber to copper color. Soft, elegant malt complexity is in the forefront, with a firm enough hop bitterness that provides a balanced finish. The malt flavor is clean, bready-rich, and somewhat toasty, with an elegant impression derived from quality base malts and process.

Black Pot Lager (Schwarzbier) ABV: 5.0%

Means “black beer” in German. Light to moderate malt flavor, it has a clean neutral character to a moderately rich, bread-malty quality. The lighter body, dryness, and lack of a harsh, burnt, or heavy aftertaste helps make this beer quite drinkable.

Poi Pounding Pilsner (Pilsner) ABV: 5.2%

Straw to light gold color, medium to high hop bitterness. Moderate grainy-sweet malt character, Dry to medium-dry, crisp, well-attenuated finish with a bitter aftertaste and light malt flavor.

Hamajang IPA (New England IPA) ABV: 5.8%

Emphasizing the aroma and flavor of Citra and Centennial hops, without bracing bitterness. Leans on late, dry hopping techniques to deliver a juicy fruity tropical experience.

Honopū (Seasonal) (Hefeweizen) ABV: 5.4%

Hefeweizen translates to “yeast wheat” in German. Notes of banana, cloves and vanilla gives this beer its signature profile. IBUs 14.

Okakoba (Seasonal) (Marzen)

Originating in Germany, this style was traditionally brewed in the spring (“Marzen” meaning “March”) and aged, or lagered, throughout the summer.

It has a clean, rich, toasty, bready/ biscuit malt aroma and flavor with restrained bitterness, and a dry finish that encourages another drink.
